My personal favorite spot for ice cream: The Candy Bar! The Candy Bar and Creamery is a "chocolate, candy, and ice cream shop featuring handmade chocolates and caramels, a large selection of both classic and unique candies from around the world, local ice cream, and a huge selection of custom ice cream creations."

The Dairy Bar

A little further from downtown, The Dairy Bar is a Durham classic. The UNH Dairy Bar is "focused on healthy food and sustainability." The Dairy Bar's ice cream window stays open till 9 PM every day! You can find the Dairy Bar on Facebook, on the web, and at 3 Depot Road.

Baker's Corner

Baker's Corner is new to us, but it happens to be the closest place to my front door that I can find ice cream! Pretty hard to beat that, right? You can find Baker's Corner on Facebook and at 1 Madbury Road.
