UNH Family Weekend Guide
It is hard to believe that nearly two months has passed since UNH classes began. Durham would like to welcome back everyone returning for Family Weekend. Hopefully the weather is nice, and you have an opportunity to explore both the university campus and the Town. Here are some tips to help during your visit.
While the UNH food service is excellent, your kids are going to expect you to take them out to eat. Your choices range from craft burgers and beer to Asian street food. They are all within walking distance of campus. You can find a complete listing at the Celebrate Durham Restaurant Guide.
No trip to UNH would be complete without a purchase of some school clothing. I've managed to avoid the dad of my kids' college t shirt, but a nice sweat shirt comes in handy this time of year. Celebrate Durham put together a Student Town Guide that has addresses and links to things both you and your students might need.
